Nora Jones co-Authors Arizona Probate and Trust Administration and Litigation with Forms

Authors Mark E. House, Amanda L. Barney, Andrea Burnett O'Neill, and Nora L. Jones are excited to announce the release of “Arizona Probate and Trust Administration and Litigation with Forms”. Arizona Probate and Trust Administration and Litigation with Forms explains not only where the law currently stands, but how the law is likely to evolve in instances where application is not as clear as it should be. It also supplies analysis regarding the complex issues raised by Arizona’s departure from the Uniform Trust Code. Providing a comprehensive analysis of intestacy to assist attorneys and judicial officers to resolve questions that arise in intestate estates and includes several sections that address issues that may not be perfectly clear in application. Considering the breadth of the Arizona Trust Code, many issues are left open.

The goal of the authors is to provide a comprehensive text to address the innumerable iterations of facts that inevitably arise in trust and estate administration and litigation, and this publication includes over 115 forms.
